You will prospect your region's market to find properties for sale or rent. Prospection will take place on the field. You will then secure the mission for the sale or lease of the properties you have identified and you will prepare their data (pictures, descriptions, legal documents ...)
Also you will manage your client portfolio and properties through our online database.
Finally, you will present the properties to buyers and handle the negotiations.
Your remuneration will be determined by your results.

You will need:

• To own a vehicle, a laptop computer (with Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer) and a mobile phone.
• To enjoy dealing with customers and have a keen commercial sense.
• A flawless presentation.
• Fluency in the language of the region (a second language will be a plus).
